About SS Glovebox Systems
The LC-1 glovebox system is a completefull-size stand-alone glovebox. It can achieve and maintaining a less than 1ppmH2O and O2 inert gas environment when connected to our RGP-050 or RGP-1 seriesof gas purification systems.
The system is modular and comes completewith everything needed to operate the glovebox. It includes the stand, gloves, lighting, antechamber, quick release window and adjustable bin storage systemat no additional cost.
The system is manufactured in the UnitedStates with the highest quality components available. It is offered with a widevariety of optional accessories to meet the requirement of almost anyapplication.
The LC-1 series is available in singlelength (LC-100), 3-port (LC-150), 4 -port (LC-180) or double length (LC-200)versions. Custom designs are also available.
Robust and Customizable ConstructionThe SS Glovebox System features a sturdy enclosure made from premium stainless steel 304/316, providing exceptional resistance against corrosion and chemical exposure. Available in various dimensions, both standard and custom, the glovebox meets diverse laboratory needs. Its modular design and customizable ports allow adaptation for specific scientific applications, ensuring robust performance and extended service life.
Controlled Atmosphere and Safety FeaturesWith options for O2 and H2O gas purifiers and airtight silicon gasket sealing, the glovebox creates a meticulously controlled atmosphere. Integrated pressure gauges, over-pressure safety release, and emergency vent mechanisms protect users and specimens. The system can maintain humidity levels from 1% to 99% RH and temperatures up to 50C, vital for precise material handling.
User-Friendly Operation and Data ManagementInternal LED illumination, easy-removable SS work trays, and tool-free front and side panel access simplify operation and maintenance. The digital control panel, PLC interface, and data logging via USB/Ethernet empower operators to monitor and archive critical parameters efficiently. Noise levels are kept below 45 dB, ensuring a comfortable working environment even during extended testing sessions.
FAQ's of SS Glovebox Systems:
Q: How does the SS Glovebox System maintain controlled atmospheric conditions during use?
A: The system uses airtight silicon gasket sealing combined with optional O2 and H2O gas purification units and replaceable filters to sustain precise humidity (1%-99% RH) and temperature (ambient to 50C) levels.
